A useful event photography brief
Share your run of show, venue details, access arrangements, speaker list, sponsor requirements, and any restrictions. We can prioritize establishing images, room atmosphere, signage, stage activity, audience reactions, posed groups, networking, and key people.
For events in Downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Buckhead, and the surrounding metro area, arrival times, parking, load-in, security, and movement between rooms should be planned in advance. Simultaneous sessions may require additional coverage rather than expecting one photographer to be everywhere.
Deliverables and usage
Your proposal should define coverage hours, edited image deliverables, selection and review arrangements, file formats, delivery method, turnaround, and usage permissions. Discuss whether you need images for a website, internal communication, social channels, sponsor reporting, print, or advertising. Raw files and rush delivery are separate scope questions.

Can you cover only part of an event?
Ask about focused coverage of a keynote, arrivals, presentation, or another priority window. Availability and a minimum booking, if applicable, are confirmed in your proposal.
Does photography include a news feature?
Event photography is a production service. Independent news coverage and any sponsored publication are discussed separately.
